As Angaza Taa has grown, we’ve transitioned from hand-printed linocut designs to DTF (Direct-to-Film) heat transfer printing, partnering with a local Brooklyn print shop to keep up with increased demand while maintaining quality.
 

This method allows for stronger adhesion, greater consistency, and longer-lasting prints, especially as order volume has increased. Each design is professionally heat-set to bond securely with the fabric, minimizing cracking, flaking, or peeling over time.
 

For best care and longevity, we recommend washing your bag inside out, either by hand or on a gentle machine cycle.

While Angaza Taa is not legally affiliated with or governed by the organizations we support, we maintain ongoing relationships with their leadership teams.

 

We hold regular (often monthly) check-ins with lead and national directors to stay informed on their current projects, priorities, and areas of need.

This allows us to thoughtfully share their stories, highlight real impact, and direct funds where they are most effective — while respecting their independence and governance structures.
